Terms & Conditions 

• We hand pick and purchase the freshest flowers available and our bouquets and arrangements are guaranteed to last for at least five (5) days.
• Due to seasonal growth and availability due to unusual demand and weather conditions, we reserve the right to substitute flowers and accessories with suitable alternatives and comparable prices.
• We cannot guarantee delivery times and will do our best to deliver birthday and special celebratory orders by 2 pm.

Should a recipient not be in at the time of delivery, we will leave a note asking them to contact us to arrange collection or delivery.

• Refunds will be entertained if cancelation is received within 48 hours of delivery date and is subject to a 10% deduction for banking charges and admin. Please see the separate wedding flowers cancelation policy.
